THRIVE works with Fortune 500 companies and startups to solve essential challenges facing agriculture today. THRIVE's Open Innovation and Seed Accelerator programs unite leading corporations with the most innovative startups to explore all aspects of farming and food systems to ideate, build, and scale solutions in agriculture technology.
Now in its third year, THRIVE is an 8-week AgTech and FoodTech focused business accelerator that offers startups from around the world access to Silicon Valley for mentorship, collaboration, and direct access to the leading fresh agriculture, food and technology corporations. The THRIVE Accelerator is hosted by SVG Partners and supported by sponsors such as Western Growers and Taylor Farms.
After selecting twelve startup finalists, the program will begin in April and culminate at the Forbes AgTech Summit in July of 2017. During the eight week acceleration process, the twelve startup companies will gain access to customers, mentors and investors from Verizon, Forbes, Taylor Farms, Land O Lakes and Western Growers, and more.
Several THRIVE Alumni are also residents in the Western Growers Center for Innovation & Technology, including specright, Inteligistics, GeoVisual Analytics, CSS, TraceGenomics, and Lotpath.
If you are an AgTech and FoodTech entrepreneur looking to apply for the program on the THRIVE seed accelerator website. For information about becoming a corporate sponsor, visit the THRIVE open innovation site.
